Koplamp is a small, growing business. Each release is produced in limited batches — and because of this, there is a production period before your order ships.

Production Timeline

All orders require a production window of up to 8–12 weeks before shipping. This ensures each unit is properly manufactured, quality-checked, and delivered to our standards. As we scale, we aim to significantly shorten this lead time for future releases.

Shipping

Once your order is ready, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Orders ship from California. Standard U.S. delivery is typically 3–7 business days once shipped.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund. Contact us at orders@koplamp.com with your order number and we'll handle it right away.
