Return Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at orders@koplamp.com. If approved, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your Koplamp arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
